Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Zaha Hadid achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in September 2020. In the Contemporary Art Asia auction, the work Architectural Sketch - Prime Minister's House sold for USD 6,000.00 (€ 5,120.33) - well above the upper estimate of USD 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Zaha Hadid achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Liquid Glacial Colour Coffee Table in December 2018 with an auction result of USD 300,000.00 (€ 261,871.51).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Zaha Hadid erzielte im September 2020 bei Christies in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Contemporary Art Asia wurde die Arbeit Architectural Sketch - Prime Minister's House für USD 6.000,00 (€ 5.120,33) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 2.500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Zaha Hadid erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Liquid Glacial Colour Coffee Table im Dezember 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 300.000,00 (€ 261.871,51).
