Sold at the upper estimate price

The auction ended at the price of EUR 3,000.00, which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yvan Theys - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Belgian l'Invitation - De Inwijding, which sold at auction in June 2010 for EUR 6,250.00.

Die Arbeit Het Verlangen Ii - de Engel von Yvan Theys kam im Juni 2005 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion.
