In June last year Phillips in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale, which included the work Gabriel Sindorf by Yukimasa Ida. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 1,260,000.00 (€ 153,332.70), 26% above the upper estimate. Other works by Yukimasa Ida have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 2,772,000.00 (€ 301,111.07) in June 2021 for the work King of Rock.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Im Juni letzten Jahres führte Phillips in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art & Design Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Gabriel Sindorf von Yukimasa Ida zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 1.260.000,00 (€ 153.332,70) und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Yukimasa Ida haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.772.000,00 (€ 301.111,07) im Juni 2021 für die Arbeit King of Rock beobachtet.
