Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In March this year Phillips in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale, which included the work End of Today 8/10/2019 Do Not Think Anything by Yukimasa Ida. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 250,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 279,400.00 (€ 32,714.88). Admittedly, works by Yukimasa Ida have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work King of Rock in June 2021 with an auction result of HKD 2,772,000.00 (€ 301,111.07).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im März diesen Jahres führte Phillips in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century & Contemporary Art Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit End of Today 8/10/2019 Do Not Think Anything von Yukimasa Ida zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 250.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 279.400,00 (€ 32.714,88) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yukimasa Ida auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit King of Rock im Juni 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 2.772.000,00 (€ 301.111,07).
