A top price for Saitō Yoshishige
The work Work by Saitō Yoshishige was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale auction at Phillips in New York in November 2015. Here, the upper estimate of USD 350,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 353,000.00 (€ 334,217.00). With this result, Work is even the most expensive work of art by Saitō Yoshishige that we have observed at auctions so far.
