Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Misty Rain: North Link(Painted In 2018-2019) by Yeh Tzu-Chi was auctioned at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2019. It changed hands for a price of HKD 141,600.00 (€ 16,184.67) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yeh Tzu-Chi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Mist, Bruwan, Hualien (Painted In 2009-2010) in April 2021 with an auction result of HKD 1,180,000.00 (€ 126,337.49).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Misty Rain: North Link(Painted In 2018-2019) von Yeh Tzu-Chi kam im Oktober 2019 bei China Guardian in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 141.600,00 (€ 16.184,67) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yeh Tzu-Chi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Mist, Bruwan, Hualien (Painted In 2009-2010) im April 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.180.000,00 (€ 126.337,49).
