Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In October last year China Guardian held the auction Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art, which included the work Michelia Figo(Painted in 2020-2021) by Yeh Tzu-Chi. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 320,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 336,000.00 (€ 43,056.98). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Yeh Tzu-Chi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Mist, Bruwan, Hualien (Painted In 2009-2010), which sold at auction in April 2021 for HKD 1,180,000.00 (€ 126,337.49).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Oktober letzten Jahres führte China Guardian die Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Michelia Figo(Painted in 2020-2021) von Yeh Tzu-Chi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 320.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 336.000,00 (€ 43.056,98) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Yeh Tzu-Chi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Mist, Bruwan, Hualien (Painted In 2009-2010) beobachtet, die im April 2021 für HKD 1.180.000,00 (€ 126.337,49) versteigert wurde.
