Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2015 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction Contemporary Asian Art, which included the work Runner by Ye Yongqing. The price achieved of HKD 175,000.00 (€ 20,444.67) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 200,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ye Yongqing achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Zanha In A Row; Summer·Lost Fruits; & Picking Deal Apples in April 2014 with an auction result of HKD 4,400,000.00 (€ 409,228.55).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2015 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion Contemporary Asian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Runner von Ye Yongqing zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 175.000,00 (€ 20.444,67) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 200.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ye Yongqing erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Zanha In A Row; Summer·Lost Fruits; & Picking Deal Apples im April 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 4.400.000,00 (€ 409.228,55).
