Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Poems In Xingshu by Yan Fu was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2016. The price achieved of HKD 137,500.00 (€ 15,491.43) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 120,000.00 – 150,000.00. Admittedly, works by Yan Fu have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Eight-Character Couplet In Regular Script in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 1,150,000.00 (€ 132,906.29).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Poems In Xingshu von Yan Fu kam im April 2016 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 137.500,00 (€ 15.491,43) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 120.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Yan Fu auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Eight-Character Couplet In Regular Script im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.150.000,00 (€ 132.906,29).
