The work Poem in Running Script, 1920 by Yan Fu was sold in the Chinese Paintings-The Online sale auction at Bonhams in September this year. It achieved a price of HKD 7,040.00 (€ 849.40), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 41%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Yan Fu achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Eight-Character Couplet In Regular Script in April 2015 with an auction result of HKD 1,150,000.00 (€ 132,906.29).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 41 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Poem in Running Script, 1920 von Yan Fu wurde im September diesen Jahres in der Auktion Chinese Paintings-The Online sale bei Bonhams versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 7.040,00 (€ 849,40) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 41%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Yan Fu erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Eight-Character Couplet In Regular Script im April 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.150.000,00 (€ 132.906,29).
