Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Lady Herding Goats by Xu Xi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in March last year. Here, the upper estimate of HKD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for HKD 21,420.00 (€ 2,465.82). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Xu Xi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work River Landscape in May 2018 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 35,507.71).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Lady Herding Goats von Xu Xi kam im März letzten Jahres bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von HKD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für HKD 21.420,00 (€ 2.465,82) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Xu Xi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit River Landscape im Mai 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 35.507,71).
