The work f o r a d a c a s a #3 by Xie Nanxing was sold in the 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale: Worlds In A Hand auction at Christies in Hong Kong in December 2021. The »bidding war« ended at HKD 2,187,500.00 (€ 247,780.08), 46% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Xie Nanxing - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Untitled (Ambiguous Flower No. 3), which sold at auction in April this year for HKD 960,000.00 (€ 980,347.83).

Die Arbeit f o r a d a c a s a #3 von Xie Nanxing wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale: Worlds In A Hand bei Christies in Hong Kong versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von HKD 2.187.500,00 (€ 247.780,08) und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Xie Nanxing mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Untitled (Ambiguous Flower No. 3) beobachtet, die im April diesen Jahres für HKD 960.000,00 (€ 980.347,83) versteigert wurde.
