The work Jeanroch by Xavier Veilhan was sold in the Contemporary Art Day Sale auction at Phillips in London in October 2015. It achieved a price of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 29,723.44), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 18%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Xavier Veilhan - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sophie no. 1, which sold at auction in October 2013 for GBP 52,500.00 (€ 62,054.58).

Die Arbeit Jeanroch von Xavier Veilhan wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Contemporary Art Day Sale bei Phillips in London versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 29.723,44) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 18%. Für andere Arbeiten von Xavier Veilhan mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sophie no. 1 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2013 für GBP 52.500,00 (€ 62.054,58) versteigert wurde.
