In December 2014 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction The I.Q. van Regteren Altena Collection Part II. Dutch and Flemish Drawings from 1500-1900, which included the work A Plough (Recto); A Child In A Cradle (Verso) by Wybrand Hendriks. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,375.00 58% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Wybrand Hendriks have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Portrait of Jan van Walre, full length, in a riding costume with his dog, his horse and a servant by his side; and Portrait of Maria Kops, full length, in a white dress and elaborate hat with her daughter by her side in May 2009 with an auction result of EUR 16,250.00.

Im Dezember 2014 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion The I.Q. van Regteren Altena Collection Part II. Dutch and Flemish Drawings from 1500-1900 durch, in der auch die Arbeit A Plough (Recto); A Child In A Cradle (Verso) von Wybrand Hendriks zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.375,00 und damit 58% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wybrand Hendriks auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Portrait of Jan van Walre, full length, in a riding costume with his dog, his horse and a servant by his side; and Portrait of Maria Kops, full length, in a white dress and elaborate hat with her daughter by her side im Mai 2009 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.250,00.
