The work Back setting nude by Wu Zuo Ren was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2005. It achieved a price of HKD 336,000.00 (€ 36,763.36), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 68%. Admittedly, works by Wu Zuo Ren have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Chung-Qing in Flame in October 2002 with an auction result of HKD 1,724,100.00 (€ 223,691.55).

Die Arbeit Back setting nude von Wu Zuo Ren kam im November 2005 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 336.000,00 (€ 36.763,36) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 68%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Wu Zuo Ren auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Chung-Qing in Flame im Oktober 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.724.100,00 (€ 223.691,55).
