Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 12,500.00 (€ 9,190.50) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by William Samuel Schwartz have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Sun Bathers in November 2001 with an auction result of USD 47,000.00 (€ 52,467.07).
