It achieved a price of GBP 1,912.50 (€ 2,246.69), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 28%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Lee-Hankey achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Goose Girl in November 2002 with an auction result of GBP 53,775.00 (€ 84,208.88).
