Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of AUD 3,760.00 (€ 2,278.79) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of AUD 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by William Francis Robinson achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Back Creek Gorge to the Coomera in May 2002 with an auction result of AUD 305,500.00 (€ 185,151.52).
