Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 822.50 (€ 1,330.78) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 700.00 – 1,000.00. Admittedly, works by William Bradley Lamond have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Firin' bannocks in March 2003 with an auction result of GBP 5,640.00 (€ 8,170.24).
