In the PHOTOGRAPHIES COLLECTION D'UN AMATEUR auction, the work Etude d'un arbre sold for EUR 5,287.50 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 1,800.00. Admittedly, works by William, 2nd Earl of Craven have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Jeune femme, probablement Lady Evelyn Mary Craven sur les marches à Ashdown in November 2002 with an auction result of EUR 42,300.00.

In der Auktion PHOTOGRAPHIES COLLECTION D'UN AMATEUR wurde die Arbeit Etude d'un arbre für EUR 5.287,50 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 1.800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von William, 2nd Earl of Craven auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Jeune femme, probablement Lady Evelyn Mary Craven sur les marches à Ashdown im November 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 42.300,00.
