Sold at the lower estimate price
In November 2006 Sothebys in Olympia held the auction 20th Century British and Irish Art, which included the work Man And Woman by Willi Soukop. The result of GBP 600.00 (€ 891.02) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Willi Soukop achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Boy in November 2011 with an auction result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,673.98).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im November 2006 führte Sothebys in Olympia die Auktion 20th Century British and Irish Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Man And Woman von Willi Soukop zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von GBP 600,00 (€ 891,02) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Willi Soukop erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Boy im November 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.673,98).
