The work Aan den Amstel; along the river Amstel by Willem Roelofs was sold in the Old Masters & 19th Century Art - including Dutch Impressionism auction at Christies in Amsterdam in November 2016. It achieved a price of EUR 4,750.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 36 %. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Willem Roelofs achieve.
