Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Untitled (Business Man) by Will Ryman was auctioned at Phillips in New York in February 2017. Here, the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 21,250.00 (€ 20,013.19). Admittedly, works by Will Ryman have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Bed in October 2013 with an auction result of GBP 97,875.00 (€ 115,687.47).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Untitled (Business Man) von Will Ryman kam im Februar 2017 bei Phillips in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 21.250,00 (€ 20.013,19) einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Will Ryman auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Bed im Oktober 2013 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 97.875,00 (€ 115.687,47).
