Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Will Leewens was auctioned at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2006. It achieved a price of EUR 2,400.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 20 %. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Will Leewens - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still life, which sold at auction in December 2002 for EUR 5,019.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Will Leewens kam im September 2006 bei Christies in Amsterdam zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.400,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 20 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Will Leewens mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Still life beobachtet, die im Dezember 2002 für EUR 5.019,00 versteigert wurde.
