Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In September 2004 Christies in Amsterdam held the auction Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings, which included the work Jungle Echo by Will Leewens. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 3,585.00 20% above the upper estimate. Other works by Will Leewens have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 5,019.00 in December 2002 for the work Still life.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im September 2004 führte Christies in Amsterdam die Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Jungle Echo von Will Leewens zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 3.585,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Andere Arbeiten von Will Leewens haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.019,00 im Dezember 2002 für die Arbeit Still life beobachtet.
