Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre (Etudes D'Objets) by Werner Bischof was auctioned at Sothebys in Paris in May 2012. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 4,375.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Werner Bischof have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2015 the work White Paper-Roll, Negative Et White Paper-Roll, Positive , 1938 was auctioned for EUR 8,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre (Etudes D'Objets) von Werner Bischof kam im Mai 2012 bei Sothebys in Paris zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 4.375,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Werner Bischof konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2015 die Arbeit White Paper-Roll, Negative Et White Paper-Roll, Positive , 1938 für EUR 8.750,00 versteigert.
