The work Wish For A Good Marriage, Wish For Patriotism & Wish For A Good Degree (Three Works) by Weng Fen was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2015. The auction ended at the price of HKD 15,000.00 (€ 1,752.40), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of HKD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Weng Fen achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A Beautiful World-Bird Nest in October 2008 with an auction result of GBP 31,250.00 (€ 39,832.54).

Die Arbeit Wish For A Good Marriage, Wish For Patriotism & Wish For A Good Degree (Three Works) von Weng Fen kam im Oktober 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von HKD 15.000,00 (€ 1.752,40) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Weng Fen erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A Beautiful World-Bird Nest im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 31.250,00 (€ 39.832,54).
