This artwork by Walter Price achieved an unexpectedly high price at Phillips in New York in July 2020. In the 20th c. & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session auction, the work Aset! Go Tell it on the Mountain sold for USD 43,750.00 (€ 37,158.15) - well above the upper estimate of USD 20,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Walter Price; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Parasympathetic sold at auction in March this year with the realized price of GBP 45,720.00 (€ 52,015.33).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Walter Price erzielte im Juli 2020 bei Phillips in New York einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th c. & Contemporary Art Day Sale, Afternoon Session wurde die Arbeit Aset! Go Tell it on the Mountain für USD 43.750,00 (€ 37.158,15) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 20.000,00.
