Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of USD 688.00 (€ 519.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 600.00 – 800.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Walter De Maria achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Circle/Rectangle 7 (Large Rod Series) in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 577,000.00 (€ 392,837.69).
