Auction result misses estimated price range
In April 2010 a collector was able to acquire the work Ball and paddle children's game by Varujan Boghosian for USD 875.00 (€ 657.80). This price was achieved in the auction Christie's Interiors at Christies in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Varujan Boghosian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Night in April 2010 with an auction result of USD 13,750.00 (€ 10,336.79).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im April 2010 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Ball and paddle children's game von Varujan Boghosian für USD 875,00 (€ 657,80) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00.
