In November 2014 Sothebys in New York held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work British The Lady Of The Tooti-Nameh Or The Legend Of The Parrot by Valentine Cameron Prinsep. The price achieved of USD 173,000.00 (€ 139,089.89) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00.
