Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Valentin Serov achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of Praskovia Anatolievna Mamontova in November 2012 with an auction result of GBP 1,217,250.00 (€ 1,499,528.50).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 20.315,00 (€ 16.543,16) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 35%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Valentin Serov erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait Of Praskovia Anatolievna Mamontova im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 1.217.250,00 (€ 1.499.528,50).
