Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2015 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Taghel moust (il velo) by Umberto Mariani. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,900.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Umberto Mariani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Forma Celata - 2010 in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 67,500.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2015 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Taghel moust (il velo) von Umberto Mariani zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.900,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Umberto Mariani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Forma Celata - 2010 im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 67.500,00.
