Sold at the lower estimate price
In December 2018 Il Ponte held the auction Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, which included the work Ma chi ti guarda by Umberto Mariani. The result of EUR 3,000.00 was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Umberto Mariani achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Forma Celata - 2010 in June 2014 with an auction result of EUR 67,500.00.
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Dezember 2018 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ma chi ti guarda von Umberto Mariani zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von EUR 3.000,00 entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Umberto Mariani erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Forma Celata - 2010 im Juni 2014 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 67.500,00.
