Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 327.600,00 (€ 334.866,61) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 49%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tyeb Mehta auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Durga Mahisasura Mardini im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von INR 204.875.000,00 (€ 2.587.399,54).
