Auction result well in line with expectations
In September 2018 Sothebys in New York held the auction Contemporary Art Online, which included the work Untitled, 1986 by Troy Brauntuch. It changed hands for a price of USD 17,500.00 (€ 15,057.65) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Other works by Troy Brauntuch have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in September 2013 the work Dusk into Water was auctioned for USD 32,500.00 (€ 24,011.82).

Im September 2018 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Contemporary Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Untitled, 1986 von Troy Brauntuch zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 17.500,00 (€ 15.057,65) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 12.000,00 – 18.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Troy Brauntuch konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im September 2013 die Arbeit Dusk into Water für USD 32.500,00 (€ 24.011,82) versteigert.
