In the A Selection of Chen Wen Hsi Paintings and Modern and Contemporary Ink Art auction, the work Move Naturally,Either In The Vertical Or Horizontal Direction(Zong Heng Zi Ran) sold for HKD 49,560.00 (€ 5,832.18) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 20,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tong Yangtze have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Be Tolerant, So You Will Be Great, Have No Desire, So You Will Be Strong (You Rong Nai Da) in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 36,616.12).

In der Auktion A Selection of Chen Wen Hsi Paintings and Modern and Contemporary Ink Art wurde die Arbeit Move Naturally,Either In The Vertical Or Horizontal Direction(Zong Heng Zi Ran) für HKD 49.560,00 (€ 5.832,18) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 20.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tong Yangtze auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Be Tolerant, So You Will Be Great, Have No Desire, So You Will Be Strong (You Rong Nai Da) im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 36.616,12).
