It achieved a price of HKD 62,500.00 (€ 7,377.24), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 25%. Admittedly, works by Tong Yangtze have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Be Tolerant, So You Will Be Great, Have No Desire, So You Will Be Strong (You Rong Nai Da) in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 325,000.00 (€ 36,616.12).

Die Arbeit Live Freely In Nature von Tong Yangtze kam im April 2017 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 62.500,00 (€ 7.377,24) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 25%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tong Yangtze auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Be Tolerant, So You Will Be Great, Have No Desire, So You Will Be Strong (You Rong Nai Da) im April 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 325.000,00 (€ 36.616,12).
