Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
This work without title by Gokita Tomoo was auctioned at Christies in New York in March 2021. Here, the upper estimate of USD 12,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 13,750.00 (€ 11,709.10). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gokita Tomoo achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Be Just Like Family in May 2019 with an auction result of USD 1,076,000.00 (€ 965,108.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Gokita Tomoo kam im März 2021 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 12.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 13.750,00 (€ 11.709,10) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gokita Tomoo erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Be Just Like Family im Mai 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 1.076.000,00 (€ 965.108,98).
