Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bodegón by Tilsa Tsuchiya was auctioned at Christies in New York in November 2015. Here, the upper estimate of USD 220,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 233,000.00 (€ 220,602.16). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Tilsa Tsuchiya - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tristán e Isolda, which sold at auction in May last year for USD 882,000.00 (€ 821,917.81).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Bodegón von Tilsa Tsuchiya kam im November 2015 bei Christies in New York zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 220.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 233.000,00 (€ 220.602,16) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Tilsa Tsuchiya mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Tristán e Isolda beobachtet, die im Mai letzten Jahres für USD 882.000,00 (€ 821.917,81) versteigert wurde.
