The work Untitled (Women) by Thota Vaikuntam was sold in the Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art auction at Bonhams in London in May last year. It achieved a price of GBP 20,400.00 (€ 23,998.66), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 36%. With this result, Untitled (Women) is even the most expensive work of art by Thota Vaikuntam that we have observed at auctions so far.
