Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Sans Titre by Thomas Grünfeld was auctioned at Christies in Paris in April 2006. The price achieved of EUR 1,800.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Thomas Grünfeld achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Misfit (Cow) in June 2003 with an auction result of GBP 31,070.00 (€ 44,649.28).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre von Thomas Grünfeld kam im April 2006 bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.800,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Thomas Grünfeld erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Misfit (Cow) im Juni 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 31.070,00 (€ 44.649,28).
