Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 21,150.00 (€ 23,518.29) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 18,000.00 – 22,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Guglielmo Sansoni - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Avvitamento, which sold at auction in October 2019 for GBP 43,812.00 (€ 50,818.78).
