Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Guglielmo Sansoni auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Avvitamento im Oktober 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 43.812,00 (€ 50.818,78).
