Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Children In Meeting by Tang Zhigang was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in November 2015. It changed hands for a price of HKD 750,000.00 (€ 91,601.97) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 600,000.00 – 800,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Tang Zhigang achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children In Meeting (3 Long Tables) in October 2008 with an auction result of EUR 6,020,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Children In Meeting von Tang Zhigang kam im November 2015 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 750.000,00 (€ 91.601,97) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 600.000,00 – 800.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Tang Zhigang erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children In Meeting (3 Long Tables) im Oktober 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 6.020.000,00.
