The work Peony by Tang Shishu was sold in the Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy auction at POLY in Hong Kong in October 2013. It achieved a price of HKD 43,700.00 (€ 4,146.90), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 46%. Other works by Tang Shishu have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of HKD 68,750.00 (€ 7,745.72) in April 2016 for the work Autumnal Flowers.

Die Arbeit Peony von Tang Shishu wurde im Oktober 2013 in der Auktion Classical Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei POLY in Hong Kong versteigert. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 43.700,00 (€ 4.146,90) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 46%. Andere Arbeiten von Tang Shishu haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von HKD 68.750,00 (€ 7.745,72) im April 2016 für die Arbeit Autumnal Flowers beobachtet.
