Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2013 Sothebys in Hong Kong held the auction 20th Century Chinese Art, which included the work Forest by Tang Haiwen. The price achieved of HKD 1,060,000.00 (€ 100,588.49) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 800,000.00 – 1,200,000.00. Other works by Tang Haiwen have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2014 the work L'Aube was auctioned for HKD 1,720,000.00 (€ 159,971.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2013 führte Sothebys in Hong Kong die Auktion 20th Century Chinese Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Forest von Tang Haiwen zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 1.060.000,00 (€ 100.588,49) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 800.000,00 – 1.200.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Tang Haiwen konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im April 2014 die Arbeit L'Aube für HKD 1.720.000,00 (€ 159.971,16) versteigert.
