Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In December 2021 Phillips in London held the auction New Now, which included the work Man with Tweezers by Tala Madani. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 8,190.00 (€ 9,768.95), 17% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Tala Madani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Elastic Pink in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 47,500.00 (€ 65,495.45).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Dezember 2021 führte Phillips in London die Auktion New Now durch, in der auch die Arbeit Man with Tweezers von Tala Madani zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 8.190,00 (€ 9.768,95) und damit 17% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tala Madani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Elastic Pink im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 47.500,00 (€ 65.495,45).
