Auction result well in line with expectations
In May last year Phillips in an online auction held the auction Wired: Online Auction, which included the work Blowing by Tala Madani. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,560.00 (€ 8,893.62) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 5,000.00 – 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Tala Madani have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Elastic Pink in February 2015 with an auction result of GBP 47,500.00 (€ 65,495.45).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Phillips in einer Online-Auktion die Auktion Wired: Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit Blowing von Tala Madani zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.560,00 (€ 8.893,62) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 5.000,00 – 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Tala Madani auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Elastic Pink im Februar 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 47.500,00 (€ 65.495,45).
