This artwork by Takanori Oguiss achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in New York in May 2014. In the Impressionist & Modern Day Sale Including Property from the Estate of Edgar M. Bronfman auction, the work "Rémillons," Epicerie à Beaumont sold for USD 81,250.00 (€ 59,567.45) - well above the upper estimate of USD 45,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Takanori Oguiss - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, Paris, which sold at auction in November 2003 for USD 186,700.00 (€ 155,648.19).

Für andere Arbeiten von Takanori Oguiss mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Rue du Faubourg Saint-Martin, Paris beobachtet, die im November 2003 für USD 186.700,00 (€ 155.648,19) versteigert wurde.
